Steps for Customer Registration

    1. Access below link

  • https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/CustomerPortal/Home.action

    • 2. Click on Login option.


    3. Click on Generate Customer ID option, provide details and Submit.


    4. You will receive first time registration link to your registered email id to set password.


    5. You may use forgot password option to change/reset password only after password is set using first time registration link.
